I would rate this restaurant as 3.5 out of 5 overall. The service is excellent at 4.5 out of 5, and the decor is also quite nice at 4.0 out of 5. However, the value for the money is not great at 1.5 out of 5. Overall, it is a simple and quiet place to have breakfast or tea in the IFC complex.

I have to say that the gluten-free high tea at this restaurant is not as good as it used to be. The scones are not as delicious as they were when I last tried them.

A few months ago, I visited this restaurant with a friend and my 4-year-old daughter for afternoon tea. We enjoyed the selection of canapés and scones, which were absolutely delicious.
