The Green Man

Beautiful restaurant with an interesting rustic outside. We ate the wings and Sunday dinners. Personally, the chicken wings were not so good to order it again, they were juicy and delicate, but there was missing taste I missed the upper crispy part that I like a lot. We ordered the Sunday special chicken. As an appetizer, you get a tomato soup I liked. The dish seemed to be made in the oven. It was tender and tasted good, but was quite dry. Served with a cup of engraving.

We had a nice meal and a few drinks in this “old English” Stil Pub, which the owner had built about 20 years ago. It looks really authentic on the smallest detail. The food was delicious, I had deep roasted shrimps with steak cut chips and tartar sauce, everything was perfectly cooked and the sauce was good. The court of my husband, “Lamb Shank” was tender and absolutely delicious. It was the best discovery and the most interesting evening spent in Phuket in the company of the owner and a few of the friendly pub pets. Howard (the owner) is a legend!

What a find. The unique building I saw in Phuket, built by the owner. It really has the charm of an old English pub. Charming English landlords and his Thai wife have done an incredible job. Classic pub menu with Guinness, Cider etc. My homemade steak cake was perfect.

One of the most interesting and unique places I’ve ever been. Do yourself and a favor and go check it out. Amazing food!!!

Wow, just wow! Whole order was great, the pub itself was an absolute must for all who enjoy architecture and terrain kept in this traditional way. Absolutely charming man and woman team who made my wife and I feel very welcome and entertained with a conversation. The prices are cheap, and I'm hand on heart to say is the best steak and guiness cake I've ever had in my life! Thank you, we will return
