Xiǎng Zuò Liào Lǐ Xiǎo Zhé

I discovered this restaurant in a world unknown to Matsuko and decided to visit. The narrow parking lot and roads were a bit inconvenient, but the soba noodles exceeded my expectations and were truly delicious. I couldn't believe they were 100% buckwheat noodles - even when I tried them with salt, they were still delicious. Personally, I felt that the mori soba (cold noodles served on a plate) highlighted the quality of the soba more than the kake soba (noodles served in hot broth), so I recommend trying it.

I went to this soba restaurant that had reopened after temporarily closing. It seems to have been featured on a show called "Matsumoto's Unknown World." I tried the tempura soba and was surprised that even though it was made with 100% buckwheat, the noodles were not short. The tempura and soba were both delicious! The interior of the restaurant was also stylish. I even received some soba trivia from the elderly owner and had a great time. Thank you for the meal! Update: I was happy to see the restaurant mentioned again on the show "Matsumoto's Unknown World" that aired on June 23, 2020, so I wanted to add this to my review.
