On my first visit, I ordered the beef and chingensai stir-fry set meal for 900 yen. It has a homely taste that I really enjoyed, and the owner is very kind, creating a warm atmosphere. The menu changes based on the ingredients available, so be sure to check the board near the entrance. There are few restaurants in Tomioka Town due to ongoing reconstruction, and the owner commutes from Iwaki to run this restaurant. I was touched by their dedication. The owner is happy to chat with customers when it's not busy, so feel free to strike up a conversation. It's also nice that they offer free Wi-Fi.
The portion size was generous, and it felt like being invited to a friend's house for a meal. It was delicious.
居心地のよい店内で、ソファ席もあります。 お料理は家庭的でとても美味しかったです！ 旧警戒区域で土日もオープンしているお店は少ないので、立ち寄るお店に困ったらぜひ寄ってみてください。 優しいママさんがお出迎えしてくれますよ～ One of the rare restaurants opens during weekend in the post-exclusion zone. The owner is very friendly and worm-hearted person. I enjoyed fried pork lunch set which reminds me how my japanese mother used to cook. I recommend you to visit here either lunch time or tea time since they have very confy couch and good foods when you pass nearby!
