Bāng Shòu し - 亘理町

I tried the hokki rice (1,980 yen), bara sushi (1,680 yen), and shirako tempura (980 yen). I was amazed by the delicious hokki rice, which was so fluffy, tender, and packed with flavor. I had never tasted such a succulent and flavorful hokki clam before. If you love sushi or are a fan of shellfish, you will definitely be satisfied with this exceptional dish, so please make sure to visit. *Large parking lot available in front of the restaurant. Hokki rice and shirako rice are only available during the winter season. (This year, shirako rice ended at the end of November).

I was called to the counter when I arrived at the restaurant as a solo diner. I had my eye on the salmon roe rice bowl, and also decided to try the recommended Kinka mackerel sashimi. The salmon roe rice bowl was impressive as the pieces of salmon were large and satisfying. Although I initially wished for more salmon roe, the combination of salmon, roe, and rice had a perfect balance. The Kinka mackerel sashimi was also very delicious, made with fresh ingredients. I had a bowl of bara sushi with ten different toppings and a dish of hokki rice. The bara sushi had a generous amount of toppings and looked very voluminous when served, and it tasted delicious right away. It felt luxurious for the price, and it came with salad, miso soup, and pickles, making it a good value. The seafood toppings were fresh and each type was prepared well, so I didn't get tired of eating them. Hokki rice is a classic dish for this season, and the tender hokki clams and rice cooked in broth were delicious. The side pickles, marinated dishes, and bowl dishes were also very tasty.
