Bidrage med feedbackI went to a ramen shop within walking distance from my home for the first time in about 20 years. At first glance, it was hard to tell if it was open or closed, but when there is a small red flag at the entrance, it seems to be open. The interior had about 7 counter seats and a small raised tatami area. The stairs to the tatami area were steep and a bit scary to climb. This time, I ordered the soy sauce char siu ramen. I have gotten used to the recent trend of strong flavors in soup, so I found this broth a bit lacking in richness, but it was very refreshing and delicious. The char siu, cut into large pieces, was tender and tasty, but I wish there was a little more of it. A slightly richer flavor might be good for the miso ramen with garlic. I remember that the garlic soy ramen was delicious, so if I have the chance to go again, I would like to try it.
Located in a residential area, it may be difficult to find this small restaurant with a parking lot for only 2-3 cars. The flavors are rich and very delicious.
The ramen is very delicious. The atmosphere is a bit intense, but the owner's aunt kindly speaks to you in the Aizu dialect, making you feel warm inside. I had the soy sauce ramen and the chashu was so tasty (o^^o). The miso ramen seems to be popular as well. The only downside might be the lack of a specific parking lot.
おばちゃん一人でやっています。 チャーシュー麺とゲキカラを、たのみましたちぢれ麺で飽きない味だと思います。 隠れた名店かも また行きたいですね
