As you get older, things like top ribs or fatty meats become hard to eat, but the quality of the fat in the meat here is good, with a refreshing taste that doesn't burden your mouth or stomach at all. The salad is also really delicious, with a light sesame oil and slightly spicy sauce that is delicious. Even the harami and the middle-cut ribs, compared to other stores, were surprisingly light and delicious in terms of the quality of the fat. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very nice, with a traditional Japanese house style. I would like to take my time and try various dishes next time. It's really great to have a delicious yakiniku restaurant in Kurama.
The quality of the meat is not great, but the salt sauce and miso sauce each have three options on the menu. For those who prefer rice over alcohol, it may be a great choice. The pork harami miso-flavored rice in the large set meal is delicious.
This is the place to go for yakiniku in Kushi. We went there for a party, and even though it's a small restaurant, the food was truly delicious! The beef hormone, in particular, was amazing - the moment we bit into it, the meat juice melted in our mouths.
