らあめん Měi Chūn Yīng Chuān Diàn

I should have visited earlier... This restaurant serves delicious miso ramen! As a Sapporo ramen restaurant, the miso flavor is rich and the noodles are firm, making it a very tasty miso ramen! There was a sign on the wall of the restaurant that said, "Ramen made with the concept of being able to eat without going to Sapporo," so I think this is the taste of authentic Sapporo ramen. Anyway, the miso ramen was very delicious. The restaurant is located along a national highway, and I had known about it for a while, so I deeply regret not using it earlier. Since the staff at the restaurant seems to be only one person, you may have to wait for payment, but when you eat such delicious ramen, you shouldn't mind. I certainly don't. I will definitely visit again!

I sometimes have a sudden craving for Sapporo ramen, so when a certain YouTuber recommended this place, I decided to check it out. I tried the special miso ramen, and it was a traditional Sapporo ramen. I never expected to be able to enjoy Nishiyama Seimen ramen in Ibaraki. It's nice to have more options when it comes to choosing where to have miso ramen.

I visited the restaurant for the first time and was greeted by the pleasant aroma of miso throughout the place. It really whetted my appetite! I love shellfish, so I tried the shrimp miso ramen. It didn't disappoint with its straight-forward shrimp flavor, and I even finished every last drop of the soup. The regular miso and soy sauce ramen that my family ordered were also delicious. Even my honest 5-year-old grandchild said, "Mmm, it was delicious."

旨辛味噌ラーメンを食べました。 お値段は８８０円。 あまりに辛いと食べられないので辛さを調整してもらい、ちょい辛にしてもらいました。 丁度良かったです。 辛いのが比較的苦手な方でも店主に言えば調整してもらえますよ。 麺は縮れ麺で少し細いと思います。 スープに絡む感じの麺ですね。 シャキシャキの玉ねぎがけっこう入っていて美味しかったです。 やかんに水が入ってるという昭和な雰囲気が最高でした。 餃子は食べていませんが食べた人間の話だと最初から味が付いており醤油なしでも美味しいとの事です。 穴場のラーメン屋かもしれません。
