Dà Hé Wū - 木津川市

I ordered the 10% buckwheat soba with tempura set. The flavor of the soba was fantastic and the tempura was crispy and delicious. However, there was only one person cooking and on Saturday, there were many customers, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes. The service was polite, but during busy times, you have to be patient and wait even if you are hungry.

Located along the Kamonoko Street, you won't get lost trying to find this restaurant. There is parking available in front of the store and at the rice mill located to the east of the store. The highlight here is definitely the hand-made soba noodles! Several times a year, you can enjoy fresh soba noodles from other prefectures, which is a must-try for soba lovers. The warm soba noodles are slightly thick, while the cold ones are slightly thin. Both are recommended, but for your first visit, I suggest trying the warm soba noodles! This is because the broth here is delicious! If you go with a group, you can order both and share, which is a great idea. If you love soba noodles, you should definitely visit at least once without any regrets.

The 80/20 dish was delicious, of course the 100% was the best! It's a small, clean and cozy restaurant. The hostess's customer service was also good, and the sight of the owner working briskly in the kitchen was also fantastic. The parking lot is spacious.

初めて食べに行きました。 待ち時間がとても長くて疲れましたが、お蕎麦と天ぷらとても美味しかったです！女将さんが出してくれた漬物も美味しかったです！次は暖かいお蕎麦頼んでみようかな
