The parking lot in front of the restaurant fits two cars, but we got permission from the owner to park in the adjacent area with our wide Hiace. We ordered the regular Kakioko and Tamago, and got permission to take photos while enjoying the grilling process. This was our third visit, and we noticed that each restaurant has a different way of grilling. At Morishita-san's place, they divided the Kakioko in half, with one side coated in soy sauce and the other side in sauce. We learned the proper way to eat Kakioko from the owner - first, eat half with soy sauce, then sprinkle the other half with sansho pepper. For the sauce side, we sprinkled shichimi pepper on half for four different flavors. We would have definitely had a beer if we weren't driving, but we resisted and finished our meal. Next stop is a hot spring road station.
This is a review of Kakioko. It seems to be a famous restaurant in Nisseicho, Okayama, with many out-of-town customers. During the oyster season, we had to wait a bit outside and inside the restaurant before being seated at the teppan grill. We ordered the Kakioko oyster deluxe with extra oysters, and the server told us that we could enjoy four different flavors without any special requests. The dish was divided into halves: one half was soy sauce flavor (which was a surprise for me as it was my first time trying it), and the other half was sauce flavor. We got to enjoy four different flavors: soy sauce, soy sauce with sansho pepper, sauce, and sauce with shichimi. Personally, I preferred the soy sauce flavor. It seems that they use frozen oysters during the summer season when oysters are not in season. I would definitely like to come back and repeat this experience when I am in the area again.
There are many restaurants in Nissei that serve Kakioko, but this particular one is my favorite. You can enjoy four different flavors with one Kakioko: soy sauce, soy sauce with sansho pepper, sauce, and sauce with ichimi. Due to the pandemic, I hadn't been able to go for a long time, but I finally went and was very satisfied. It's always crowded as it's a popular spot, so I'm always prepared to wait, but luckily this time I was able to sit at the last seat, which was lucky. It gets full quickly even on weekdays... I do want to try new places, but I always end up going to my favorite restaurant haha. I want to go eat there again.
カキオコを食べに訪れたのですが、シーズンオフの時に行ったためどこも空いておらず探し回りここへ辿り着きました。 シーズンの時の牡蠣を冷凍保存してオフの時も提供できるようにしていると言っていました。 スタンダードに食べようと思ったのですが、店主からのおすすめの醤油とソースのハーフ ハーフで。 ソースは味が濃ゆいため、先に醤油を頂きました。 醤油やさっぱりしていますが、具材などの味も細かく分かり楽しく美味しく頂かせてもらいました。 ソースは安定の美味しさです。僕は贅沢に目玉焼きをトッピングしました。半熟の黄身が更にカキオコの美味しさをブーストしていました。 今度はシーズンに訪れたいなと思っています。
醤油味とソース味で楽しませてくれます。 味変で、醤油味には山椒、ソース味には一味で4つの味を試せます。 大阪で、たこ焼きの美味しい醤油味を提供してくれる店があり、お好み焼きの醤油味も、予想通り美味しかったです。 けど味変の一味と山椒は無しでもええかな 個人の見解 たまごのトッピングはソース味の方に これがまた、ええ仕事してますわ
