うなぎ Liào Lǐ あつみ

The unagi at this restaurant is incredibly tender and soft. The sauce is not overly sweet, which is a great balance. The rice here is exceptional; it's so delicious that I could easily just eat a bowl of plain rice on its own. That's how good it is.

I went to GW in Hamamatsu to eat eel, and yesterday I had una-ju, kabuto-yaki, and sake. Despite the large number of customers, the polite service of the staff was impressive. The cleanliness of the restroom was also well-maintained, making it a comfortable experience. I had never tried kabuto-yaki before, but I liked the crispy outside and the tender inside. It paired well with the sake, which was also delicious. The una-ju had a satisfying steamed texture and the perfect amount of grilling. The sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and soy sauce flavor. Surprisingly, the melon was also delicious. I regret not having the opportunity to try the shirayaki. The customer next to me had shirayaki-ju, and it looked very delicious. I would like to try the shirayaki next time.

I visited with my 81-year-old mother. It was difficult for her to stand in line due to her age and needing a cane, so I decided to call and make a reservation. They provided very polite and kind service. We were able to enjoy a delicious eel meal. Thank you very much. We were happy with the warm hospitality of the staff at the restaurant. We would like to visit again.
