Drunken Noodle*

Fire eater’s favorite. Flat rice noodles stir fried with fresh chili and minced garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots and sweet basil leaves, seasoned with sweet dark soy sauce.

Panang Curry*

Simmered in rich red Panang curry paste in coconut milk with bell peppers, carrot, sweet basil, and finely sliced kaffir lime leaves.

Gul Karry*

Simmered in yellow curry paste in coconut milk with potatoes and onions.
