Orange lentils cooked with onions, garlic, curry leaves, curry powder and turmeric. Gravy with coconut milk and tomatoes. Dhal curry with basil (Monday). Dal curry with cilantro (Wednesday). Choice of rice.

Stegt Tofu Karry

Tempered tofu with onion, garlic, curry leaves and panda leaves with chili paste. Choice of rice.

Bourbon Street Kylling

Seasoned boneless chicken breast sliced thin, work tossed with red and yellow peppers and onions in our famous tangy sweet bourbon sauce. Served over hot steamed rice.
