Raw beef tartar egg yolk on rice with a colorful spread of spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, soybean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, zucchini and radish. Topped with garlic and pine nuts served with a side of housemade gochujang bowl of rice.

Kimchi Bokkeum

Pan fried pork, kimchi, rice cakes, scallions, onions and fresh slabs of tofu on the side.

Kimchi Chigae

Kimchi, pork, tofu, fish cake, scallions, mushrooms and spicy pepper flakes in boiling kimchi broth.

Bokkeum Bap

Fried rice with choice of protein. Diced zucchini, carrots, onions, scallions stir fried with egg in lightly seasoned with rice.
