You wanna have a fancy start in the day? Start your day with Cosi. Sandwiches soups or sweets. Chicken breast sandwich and bacon, bread is homemade and exquisite. Muffins of all kind. Cold drinks in fridge or fresh made at counter. Coffee is fine. Tea also

Yum!!!!!! Nom nom nom! First time here and I got the ADOBO BOWL. Price seems fair for the portion size and totally worth it! Will definitely have to try other dishes in the next day or two while I’m in town.

I stopped off at this Cosi on my first trip to DC. For a chain it was quick, convenient tailor made salads. The interior was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The salad hit the spot, so I’m looking forward to the opportunity to go back again the next tome I’m in town

Being from out of state and our first time in Washington DC we know nothing really of the area including places to eat. We stayed at the hotel basically connected to the restaurant on 14th street and H Street and wanted an early dinner. We placed the order online and went down to pick up the food to bring up to the room since I had to exit the hotel and walk next door. As I told the person I was picking up, they didn’t have a record of the order and then found out we accidentally ordered from a different location. It turns out, I was speaking with the General Manager, Cynthia Castelo and she immediately told me to not worry, that they would take care of it. She made up my order while I waited and with a big smile said Thank You and to enjoy my food. I was worried I would be charged a second time since the other location already charged my credit card. She assured me everything was fine and she would call the other location to let them know what happened. The food was excellent! The hot food was hot, and the ingredients were fresh. Thank You Cynthia and Cosi for your professionalism and willingness to make sure I was taken care of and doing it all with a smile! I’ll definitely be back and refer Cosi to anyone looking for a great meal with a smile!

I always go for the Tuna sandwich adding a little kick to it with some jalapeno. The bread is crunchy from it being toasted an overall a winner in my book. Environment and staff there is friendly, some more friendly and upbeat then others but overall, good. Would come back again a happy customer *thumbs up*
