さかなや Yú Píng - Tsukubamirai

It is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but instead of the belt, they use tablets for ordering. The prices are higher compared to chain restaurants, but the sushi pieces are big and delicious. I visited for lunch and the complimentary miso soup was a nice touch.

Compared to a certain chain restaurant, it's more expensive but delicious. The place was crowded, but the restaurant was clean with fully stocked restrooms and paper towels. I liked that I could choose the amount of sushi rice and opt out of wasabi. The complimentary miso soup service was also great. It's a place I would visit when I want to prioritize quality over quantity.

I visited the restaurant right after it opened on a weekday. It is about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Moriya Station. I ordered the salmon bowl and it was delicious. During lunchtime, they offer a self-service miso soup that is so flavorful you could drink it endlessly. I noticed several customers dining in as well as taking out, showing how popular the restaurant is.

お昼に行くと無料のあら汁をいただけるのが嬉しいです。身が結構付いたお魚が入っていて大変美味です。 他店の回転寿司に行くより2倍は支払うことになりますが、満足度はマックスです。 個人的に美味しいお寿司が食べたければこちらに行けば間違いないと思っています。 テイクアウトもできるのでコロナ時期はたまに利用しました。セットの他にネタを個別で注文もできてとても良かったです。 あら汁も（もちろん有料ですが）テイクアウトできます！
