Hé み Chǔ Zhèng - Saito

This is a stylish izakaya with many private rooms. They offer course meals and all-you-can-drink plans, making it a great place for parties or just going out for a drink. The food is delicious, especially the Sasuhara eggplant dengaku which I personally recommend. The hint of yuzu is delightful and goes well with the drinks. The course meals are served in individual small plates, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive, making for a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. They also have a parking lot available. Highly recommended restaurant.

I have visited this restaurant many times. The hospitality of the owner and staff is the best in my 53 years of life. Their genuine hospitality can be felt. The master's dishes are delicious, innovative, and perfect. Since it's all private rooms, you can relax. Thank you always.

We used this restaurant for a farewell party with about 15 colleagues. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere in a private room in a casual and relaxed manner.
