Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went in to get food for my son and I. I ordered a quesadilla and they wouldnt give me a large tortilla, only a small taco sized one. They said they only give the large tortilla for online orders. I go to Chipotle often and have always received the large tortilla with no argument. Not coming back here. Did not even get food tonight, ridiculous.

This place messed up my order completely. I paid for guac, and asked for fajitas, lettuce and salsa. They MISSED ALL of these items. Not just one, but literally got half the order wrong. Instead of making it right, or even giving me the missing ingredients on the side the manager kept saying take it up with corporate . He refused to even give me the guac I paid extra for on the side saying some bites were taken.The manager, a man with curly black hair and fair complexion with a belly, needs to be replaced. The other staff seemed nice but the manager even refused to give his name which says a lot.

I review places often, but not often are they negative. Workers are always in a rush even when no one is behind you in line. They push food to the next person without asking if you want anything else, and they only give you half scoops of meat, then get mad when you point it out. Worst chipotle to go to, especially with each meal item being around 13-15$. Even more if you want the right amount of meat along with guacamole and queso, then you spend closer to 20$. It's not worth the price at this location. I can go on and on about the 2 negative experiences I've had, but I'll stop here. Chipotle Management: Hire people whoaren'tt miserable or at least dont take that mentality to work. Also, make sure they know what a proper scoop of meat is, this is ridiculous.Vegetarian options: Simple, You can make any options vegetarian by not adding meat.

The staff looked like they were annoyed that they had to make my order(Edit: ordered through online the other day, and my burrito bowl, had portioning size of a kid, it was almost half empty)

They hire someone (that fat boy) to fight the customers. never show any apologies even after wasting people's time. will never go there.
