We conducted a function with buffet lunch and had a worst experience. 1. Changed the menu without intimating. 2. Promised koduva fish but provided only dam fish. 3. Chicken was of worst quality. 4. Mutton biryani didn't have sufficient meat. But the biriyani taste was good. 5. Plate count was also mentioned higher. Stay is good. Don't go for food..

Paid the rooms charges and while I checked the bills they billed me wrong two payments for one day while enquired the staffs were worst behaviour they didnt gave the refund or explanation and said it is my mistake sometimes they forcefully ask people to checkout from the hotel. pathetic experience in this hotel.

Review based on personal experience Date of stay: 20th April 2022 Purpose: had to attend a family function the next day in a village which is in half an hr distance Pros: 1. Ample car parking space 2. Clean and tidy rooms 3. Personal care kit, linen, work desk, fantastic wifi connection (i had to work on 20th April) 4. Power back up 5. Location Cons: 1. Online booking is a separate channel that doesnt have connection with the hotel direct reservation. In case if the booking done online and if there needs to be cancellation or modification, the online booking team takes care. Still I heard from the hotel reception that they were not informed about the modification. Reception Staffs were courteous though. Still this is a gap in room booking 2. Some of Restaurant staffs were not that good. The replies weren't polite esp with a short guy who was wearing specs 3. Room service needs a lot of improvement that they keep missing the items that were ordered. 4. Food quality and taste needs a lot of improvement as well. Overall, its a very good hotel (minus food) to stay. Can be used as a one night stay if you want to travel places around perambalur the next day.

The stay is quite good. Rooms are of adequate size and well maintained. The Restaurant was a bit disappointing.. Could have had a wider choice in the Menu offered. Overall a good propert for a town like Perambalur.

Buffet food was monotonous. They are hesitant to serve dosa, poori and omlette .they want us to eat idli and Pongal which has been already prepared and kept in buffet. Room was good. But Not happy with buffet food service...
