Mcdonald's - Pella

The restaurant was in poor condition, with dirty windows, floors, bathroom, and clogged stall. The walls were also dirty. I attempted to wash my hands in the bathroom at 9 o'clock but ended up leaving without placing an order due to the uncleanliness of the environment.

The service at this restaurant is good, but the recent renovation has made the seating very unpleasant. The old seats were much better, so why change them? Most of the tables were dirty when we arrived at 2:00. Hopefully, the younger staff members will at least make an effort to improve.

Two strawberry cakes. I heard the hired behind the window says that this is cold, and another hired person says that she's just giving her. they were really cold, asking me how old they were! They had not written the time on them when they were made like others. I don't even have serviettes in the bag.

My father had oral surgery this morning and ordered online, amilkshake without whip cream for him. after 9 minutes I went out. the shake had whip cream on it and we live on the road of mcdonalda. I put my dad in the door, got rid of the pfeife and put a spoon. it ws milk or melt mixture. when I called, line ws busy and call ould not.

By far the best McDonald's we have ever ate at!! The food was fresh and hot!! The staff were very friendly!! Thank you for doing such a great job!!
