Little Caesars Pizza - Payson

I ordered a pizza cheese and a half perfume, they took it to heart and gave me NO CHEESE ON THE PEPPERONI SIDE. Who does that?! They still had the courage to charge me 8 bucks. The regular pizza is only 5. I never thought I had to be so specific. Every other place I ordered a pizza so that I have cheese on the peppermint side. That's the only place that happened. I miss the old GM. Be better.

Absolutely the worst service. While I was waiting to pick up my pizza, people were waiting to make an order that went over 7 or 8 times and didn't even recognize her. I asked if my pizza was ready, they said it was coming out of the oven. It sat on the self and sat there for 15 to 20 minutes. Usually I don't post such reviews, but every time I go the service, it gets worse. I think it must be a manager on site because the employees there are very little to worry about their job. I would set zero stars, but 1 is as low as it allowed.

Do you drive to go somewhere else? That was terrible. I came to get food for a date, I got three pizzas and he said it'll be like 7 minutes, is that okay? I said perfect. Then I waited for our pizza for an hour. I tried to ask the guy in the register how long it would be a few times and he just ignored me. I finally asked for a refund because I had to go and could no longer wait sense It was an hour and I was super late now, and he said I'm sorry that my computers didn't turn on, I can't help. So I waited 10 minutes and he gave me pizza. When I arrived there, they were tender. We had to put them in the oven so they were edible. One of them was half the size of a normal pizza. Overall worst littl Caesar's experience I had?ve.

My Italian cheese bread is like half the size that should be, I would know that I have ordered this several times, but the staff there is really nice

Why do I continue to do this to myself? Everytime we come here its always a long wait. Thought I would outsmart the system and order online this time. Well they still managed to make me wait 30minutes in the parking lot after giving them an hour and waiting for them to text me that my order was ready. Really wish somebody could figure out customer service or at least how the online service works
