Terrible, went there just for the nacho fries which They allowed me to order online. They were totally out of nacho cheese, paid Xtra for a dorito nacho taco Supreme. Just got taco supreme, paid Xtra for onions on burrito got zero. The burrito was actuallygross( I first started eating taco bell back in 81 when they had the bellbeefer,I know good taco bell and the fries were coldright out of Drive thru. The drink was good, over all wish I would have just went home I want a refund please
My eyes were bigger than my stomach that day, but the service was quick and everyone was nice. And my very large order was 100% correct and made well.
I ordered breakfast on the app and they didn't have eggs. Wasted time gas and paid for food I didn't get because they couldn't void the transaction. Offered to make my food without eggs. That was the main food in everything I ordered. Still trying to geta refund as customer service is no existent on all platforms.
I went to pick up my mobile Order through the drive through. When I went to the window the lady had walked over and told me someone was in the lobby picking up my order. I was extremely confused and confirmed my order was under the name Caitlin. Shesaid yes and the lady in the lobby is picking up for Caitlin. I didn?t understand what was going on and started pulling up myorder on the mobile app. She asked if I was bringing up my order and told me there was no need as she was going to give theorder to the lady in the lobby. She had stepped away and came back and asked me for my order again. She must have realized therewere two different orders for two different Caitlin?s. She never apologized or explained the confusion. She told me I needed topark for 10 minutes for the Chalupa?s. After being parked for 15 minutes I went inside. I asked if the order was ready. Anotherlady who just walked in said I don?t know and mumbled something under her breath. I asked her to go check as no one else couldgo and ask. The customer next to me commented on how rude they were to me. I didn?t even realize the lady employee throwing herhands up and talking about me till the customer next to me pointed it out. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and just wantedto leave. I asked for my money back and explained my whole encounter in the drive through. Because I ordered on the mobile appthey couldn?t give me my money back and the phone number on the app is only during business hours. The whole encounter wasunnecessary and a waste of time. I couldn?t believe how rude they were to me and I was soo patient and calm.
