Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service was great, although she had no clue. the food was good.

I went all the way to popeyes and then I noticed that the door was locked at 10:45, although the hour mark is open at 10. an older lady, probably the manager came up and unlocked the door and said that closed, but I can think of her in I, I told her that there was no sign that lobby closed although it should have been. she said they were short on duty, but how long does a sign last? I then ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and big pommes, young woman was not kind at all and did not take my money and went away. I then said I would like to change my order when she came back and then her eyes rolled and went back. I said it's in order if you've already done my order, although no money has been taken, I thought it's okay to change my order. she went back and said you want it or not, and I just left. do not come back.

Horrible experience at this popeyes location. The order taker couldn't multi-task with order taking and receiving payment. Was told very rudely to wait then when he was ready his response was popeyes. Got to window after that ordeal was g8ven 3 different prices for my order. I tried to go in and speak with shift manager sheena and the expediter came back around from window aggressively disrespectful condemning me that she's not to be played like that. Was told that i was a drive off. I eat at many popeyes and have never been treated so rudely. I have also been a RGM for taco bell have 10+ years exp in the quick service food market this is not how you talk or treat customers. I will not be eating or visiting this location again and i highly recommend others to not visit here again either. Seems to me they are more concerned with verbally attacking customers rather than expedition of food orders that were wrapped around the drive thru. I will be following up with the owner/RGM of this location tommorow.

Food here is usually pretty good, sometimes really good.Service is slow and unfriendly.We ordered in the app and selected drive thru. After waiting through the drive thru line we were very curtly told to come inside. No real explanation other than YOU GOTTA COME INSIDE

Good service...only thing is that they need to wear masks consistently around the food. The drive thru person did not have a mask on.
