Pizza Hut - Norfolk

Trying to be polite on the phone, but the server had a setting and was rude.

The place has a patina of Grunge, a film of dirt. The food is mediocre, what to expect from a pizza hat. The staff is unfriendly, not inadequate, not helpful, and provide service congruent. The fact that they are a captured audience (the sailors work on the ships in the port), would you expect a packed restaurant. The lack of customers speaks volume.

The pizza was fine. The pasta wasn't hot and I wasn't impressed.

Floor dirty and stcky, no ice cream in the well, no cup tops, no ice tea, a person with orders and make pizza /not wash hands / order line long, men rest dirty and stinking. Tabletops cleaner than the last time we were there, but nothing else changed.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the 1 star comments are rediculous. The pizza tastes fine and there's nothing wrong with the service.
