Worst fast food experience with worker ranting they hate when people don't listen and saying we received our food when we didn't.

Went through the drive through. Should have gotten a receipt. The total was WAY more than I was expecting and when I got home I realized why. I did not get the food that I ordered. The girl that took my order clearly was not listening because when I got tothe window they asked to verify the drink and it was not at all the drink I had ordered. It seems the two kids that were workingwere more concerned about socializing then doing their job. Pretty disappointed. I now understand why this location is alwaysdead.

I would give zero stars if I could. We stopped on Friday evening and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. They asked us to pull aside which we did. After about 20 minutes someone came to our window and asked what we ordered. She proceededto go back into the building by climbing through the drive through window! This was by far the WORST drive through experience Ihave EVER encountered. If management reads these reviews you need to address what was going on inside your restaurant on 9/9 ataround 7:00 pm. I will never go back to this place and have told all my family and friends about this experience. I realizegetting employees is difficult right now but this crew of 5 needs some serious training and/or a new job!

We stopped in on a Wednesday night and the lobby was closed We are pulling a pontoon and could not use the drive up but a employee waved out the window and said they could took our order. It was great they placed our order and than came out with itso fast. It scared us because we assumed it would be a wile. Great customer services and the order was outstanding A big thankyou and it?s hard to find employees that care and go the extra effort

I stood up at the front and there were no workers around. I had to lean over the counter to see one person on their phone leaning up against the fridge, I yelled can anyone ring me up and it three people showed up they were laughing it was veryawkward and very unprofessional. Not sure if a manager is around but they definitely need one due to the lack of skills
