Spago Las Vegas - Midtown UNLV

Food was disappointing and overpriced. Fish was overcooked and dry. Pasta was served lukewarm. Service was fine, but our waiter leaned on our booth for 20 minutes LOUDLY talking to some friends in the adjacent booth. Ambience is good if you can watch the water show from your seat. Bill came to more than $350 for two of us including a modestly priced bottle of wine.

Always my first choice for brunch or dinner. Service is always amazing. And food is sooooo delicious. Melts in your mouth.

We missed our reservation due to a late flight on Friday, we were sad but we met Darren and he slotted us in for the next night (my friends birthday), we got an incredible table on the patio, amazing meal and a birthday treat from the team for my friend. We love Spago and will certainly be back very soon!

Spago is sooo good!! Never had a bad meal there. So many amazing choices on the menu. And the service top notch! Paul Anthony is a terrific waiter that goes above and beyond and will truly enhance your dining experience. We frequently visit Vegas and Spago is always on our dining list as it’s just so good. We always look to see if we can be seated in Paul Anthony’s section as the service he provides is impeccable. Just the right amount of conversation. Knows the menu inside out. And makes great recommendations. He’s knowledgeable, professional our absolute favorite!! Highly recommend.

Nelson and Oscar took a night that would have been great to absolutely incredible based on his service. My kid was about to melt down and he saved the day. I would come back for the service alone. Food was also the best pasta!
