Mcdonald's - Longwood

My name is Lisa and I am an independent contractor for Postmates. I went to this place to pick up an order for a customer. The staff welcomed me with a smile in their voice when I arrived. They were about to compile the order of this customer at this time. They worked well and efficiently as a team. I experienced a manager double check of the order for accuracy and once it was sure that everything was correct, she stacked the two bags for the customer's safety and then checked the order number with me before they handed over the order. I appreciated the entire process and professionalism to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

The guy who led the register was as unfriendly as they come, and I told him a big coke that was probably five or six times Cuz that he didn't listen, and then I get it medium. Try to sit down and they still have their dining room completely closed when most other restaurants have some seats if you don't want to sit in your workcar and eat. I'm not coming back.

I've been to McDonald?s several times and I noticed that between 9pm-1am the staff is terrible. I got a raw burger four times and they accused me of a big one, but give me a medium. I understand that there are only two people, but someone will get sick

Hi, I called this McDonald and asked if they wore coke hoses there and the lady answer and told me to stop playing and hang up. I am very upset and will never come back. Chick-fil-A is better in a much better customer service. Up your game

I?m aware that is just a mcdonalds but I expect a slightly higher standard of service at the very least when a manager is present. They mistakenly had me pay for the wrong order then when I got to the second window tried to give me said order again. I get home with my correct order only to find it wrong again. Asked for a plain burger and definitely didn?t get that.
