Mcdonald's - Lone Pine

Horrible service, had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Then of course they are out of pies and iced coffee. Restrooms filthy. Dead crickets all over the floor. Disappointed.Food: 1/5

The ladies that cook, have to be the dumbest McD’s employees of all time. EF’ed up my Big Mac 4 times. On the fourth try, I just ate it that way. IdiotsFood: 1/5

They had mcflury today, yay! My fries were half full burnt and cold I just wish I could go through had have an entire order be right ie: ice cream machines working, mcflury mixed correctly, Dr. Pepper with the right syrup and carbonation, fries hot and salted I rarely order anything else. I also wish they had more options to spend points on in the app.

This has got to be the worst run McDonald’s I have ever stepped foot in. The soda machines were not working. They couldn’t provide a frappe drink, and to make things worse. The sort of machine was out of order and so when I asked for a cup of water to go with my biscuit sandwich, they could not provide it because the water dispenser was also turned off, which is part of the soda machine I guess. I also noticed that the slushy machine was not functioning so therefore it had syrup in it, but they were all melted and it was blinking orange lights straight across all flavors. Something else they did not prepare for and that was to stock up for memorial day weekend, and that probably explains some of wise. Somethings were not available but between the broken down equipment and the fact that these all of the soda flavors were unavailable says that it’s just a bunch of broken down machinery in that store. I highly recommend going elsewhere and would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone, ever.
