Hôtel Campanile La Rochelle

As usual a simple hotel without ruffles with excellent friendly staff and a restorer on site. It makes it easy to stop after a long ride. Even dog friendly and if possible they will give you a ground floor room with access to grass for the dog. Dogs also cost 5 euros per night. REMBER to calm you down.

I spent two nights there, very good reception, the room was pretty old but its remains very correct, I found it nice enough to have the entrance of the rooms outside. I found the place pretty quiet. The only negative point is that there is no electric socket at the level of the bed to plug the phone, the socket is window level.

My opinion is mixed Very pleasant, very smiling welcome staff, very correct room size and beautiful bathroom size. The household is, on the other hand, a table where the dirty TV is located (my handkerchief comes out gray after a passage on it), sheep on the ground, faience bathroom very dirty, mirror full of traces. To stop once the work done hoping that a phonic insulation is made because not very pleasant to hear all that the rooms are happening next to it as if there was only one curtain of separation, and that there were more current sockets (I had only 2 with the one in the bathroom, so not practical when you have several devices to load)

92 € for a room with breakfast! Degraded and dirty room like the rest of this hotel that has not been renovated for at least 15 years. I put 2 stars for the welcome that is very kind and friendly.

Very good stay of 4 weeks. Staff reactivity and professionalism, a warm and attentive team. Good services throughout breakfast at dinner restaurant. Nice and comfortable room with a correct bedding. Thank you for your welcome!
