Mcdonald's - Janesville

Got 2 pancakes with sausage 2 burrito meal and sausage biscuit meal. Asked to move ahead to wait for coffee. Checked bag and no burritos got something else instead. Got coffee asked about the wrong food, different person came back and gave a refund for 1 wrong meal. So I said but I actually wanted the burritos and also I never got my Coke from the other meal. Got the burritos and Coke got home realized they also never gave me hash browns with the 2 meals. Should have given a tip for most screw ups on one order.

Every time we order from there, they mess up our ordered and then when we called, it does hold them and they say we’re lying. we are done

Waited 30 minutes for food. My fish must have been recorded it was so greesy I couldn't eat it. Gave me the wrong soda twice. Never going there

The food is always dry.. fries always old... they always mess up my order.. and i never get toys in the kids meals.. the staff is rude..
