Subway - Indian Head

I love the Subway chain, but not this location. I 've been there before and thought that the service was indifferent. In April 2024 I ordered a sub and presented the coupon I received in the mail. The worker told me that the coupon does not cover the sub that I ordered. I showed him the print where it indicated it does. He informed me that this location does not accept that coupon for the order by items on the menu and that this is why you need to present the coupon prior to ordering.It seems to me that if they are not going to honor Subway coupons, that they should post a sign saying that.I will NOT go to this location again.

I made an online order my sandwich bread was burnt, the sandwich was not made like I asked. I should not have to go behind grown people and check if they did their job. Individuals need to have more training on attention to detail and actually read the online order request.

This is supposed to be two subway series sandwiches. Definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the employee was very rude. Just take your business elsewhere because he doesn't want to serve minorities. A monthly later after a similar review by another customer and the same disrespectful attitude. The Bryans Rd location had a better attitude.

The male who made my sandwhich was rude and short. He might want to consider another line of work. I will not return to that subway location (Indian Head Hwy near NSWC Indian Head).
