It is not very often that I have such low reviews, but my experience at this location yesterday reminded me of why I generally do not go here. When I got to the drive-thru, I was the only car around, but had to wait at least a minute to get served. At one point I almost left because I thought it was closed. Once I ordered the meal, I pulled up to the window and was asked to move forward. My order was for two burgers and a small fry, and I waited 9 minutes to receive my order. While I waited, no other vehicles entered, and the manager smoked outside leaving only one employee inside. The employee was really polite and apologetic, but he seemed overwhelmed by the order. In the end, the order was wrong, and I had to return to get the correct order. Overall, this location tends to be very slow, and the staff is generally unresponsive. It would be great if they had a little more pep in their step!
The food is ok and the drive through is speedy. The major issue with the this burger king is building needs a major face lift on the outside and inside.
What a horrible place to eat. Truly the worst experience I had in any fast food place. It was my friends birthday and we decided to take a run to Burger King to grab something to eat. As soon as we walk in, the manager and workers there are arguing with each other about schedule time and leave us waiting for about 15mins. We finally get to order, my friend ordered first and when he had received his food he asked for tangy sauce. They didn't have any tangy sauce but the manager BETH decided to be really disrespectful when addressing they don't have tangy sauce. She also starred at us with the angriest look. When I received my food, first it was really cold. I was waiting for my mango smoothie that Yuli was making and BETH turned around and again disrespectfully asked me what am I waiting for. I didn't eat my food, just had my mango smoothie. I never recommended anyone to go there, there's a Wendy's and McDonald's near by. BETH was really immature and disrespectful.
I've never thought about using Yelp until today after I met this lady at this burger king. Her name is Beth and I think she is the manager there. First she was having a fight with her staff in front of the customers and yelling at them. Second after we ordered and waited for our meal, beside that she never smiled she was giving a serious mad face and being totally rude with my friends with the way she is giving them their food, like she is forced to do the job. And after all this bad experience, the burgers were really bad, cold ans not cooked well. I really dont recommend this place and I only feel bad for the coworkers who work with her because she didnt show any respect to them
This place. . just wasn't so well put in order to say the least. When me and my friends walked in there was a problem already happening, the manager BETH, was arguing with her crew about the scheduling. This happened as we were waiting to order our food. Then, when my friend got his order he asked for some tangy sauce, but what did he get? Not what he asked for obviously BETH, instead he was given barbecue sauce. And he just went with it, he didn't even use the barbecue sauce. Then when my other friend got his food the manager BETH, looked at him awkwardly for a few seconds before asking him if he was all set. When he just waiting for his smoothie. And to top it off his burgers were a tad burnt... and cold! It just wasn't the best experience with what we saw at first and what we were delivered in the end. The staff needs to be more organized and cheerful. The manager BETH, especially, didn't seem to be full of positivity like she should of been.
