Zāng Wáng そば Xīn Lè - 宮城県

I tried thinly sliced duck meat for the first time. The warm duck soba had a slight gamey smell that I didn't particularly enjoy, but the cold duck dipping soba had a sweet and salty broth, and the thick noodles didn't have the usual chewiness, making it very easy to eat and delicious.

[Recommended] Cold duck soba, tempura assortment. I'm not a fan of thick soba noodles, but I was able to easily enjoy the soba here. While Farukatta Onsen is famous for its duck soba, this place is exceptional, so be sure to visit.

I enjoyed the soba noodles with duck broth at this restaurant! The taste of the broth was completely different between the hot and cold versions. The cold one was on the sweeter side. I recommend getting the large size for the chilled soba noodles. The duck broth also comes in a large portion, so it's worth it.

太麺が美味しい、独特の蕎麦です。 店員さんも親切で感じが良いお店。 店内はあまり広くないので、客席が少なめ。お昼は混雑することが多いので、早めにお出かけください。

蔵王方面なら、こちらで間違いないでしょう。 新旧問わず「たかが蕎麦にこの値段？」と思わせるソバ店が多いなか、値段相応の価値を見いだせる、本当に美味しい蕎麦店です。 とりあえず「冷やカモ！」。
