Debonairs Pizza - Elim

It took hours for our food to arrive and it was difficult to get through to them on the phone as they rarely answered.

We feel safe knowing that the restaurant is following safety guidelines with masks, social distancing, and sanitizer.

U order a pizza at 12:00 and it comes at 17:00, how serious. that is really bad. I am very angry and disappointed.

Not only did it take more than 3 hours to arrive, it was cold and definitely not what I wanted, lots of feta cheese, which is never there when I usually order it, the pizza was stuck on the box, when I tried to get it out it was tearing into pieces and the box was stuck on it..... I am so disappointed, I cudnt even finish the pizza, it's still on my table

It was very sad that I had to wait for pizza to be delivered for 2 hours plus. Called the restaurant again and no body answers the phone. Bad experience for being the first time I used delivery there. Hope my next experience would be better.Above all, the call center lady was very friendly
