Chipotle Mexican Grill - Edison

This Chipotle appears to create its own rules, opens and closes at whim and there have been 3 times that I show up to order, only to be told they only take online orders. Also this is the state of the restaurant the last time I came on 6/10/2021. They dropped a receipt in the beans, fished the receipt out and continued serving those same beans. Edit passed by on my way home and although the hours posted say it's supposed to close at 10, it was closed. 8:39pm on a Monday. Unprofessional! Edit again tried to go at 7:50 pm Saturday night and door is locked, no sign on the door. They are supposed to close at 10. I am never coming here again.

Don't order later in the day. We ordered via the app at 9, since the place was slated to close at 10. The lights were on, and there was a single staff member on their phone in the dining area, but the door was locked and despite knocking and waiting at the drive-thru for ~10 minutes, our order never came and we were never acknowledged. I will not be returning to this location.

Went to Chipotle at 9PM and ordered two plates only to receive not even half of what we would get at other Chipotles. Employees had an attitude and did not give us what we asked for even after several repeats. We ordered two drinks and when we checked the receipt in the car we noticed we were charged for three, so I went back in for a refund. Employee rudely asked if I wanted another drink when I just wanted a refund. After a brief back and forth I received my refund. Got home in under ten minutes and we find that the food is cold and the cheese barely melted if not at all.

This place is super clean, has a good staff and clean food. I always had good experience at this location. It?s a bit hard to find as this one is next to Sam?s club gas station.

We ordered our food and a large chips queso blanco. We told the employees that the chips tasted stale and they wouldn?t even change the bag of chips. It literally tastes disgusting and so sour and salty.
