Dracut Family Diner

I visited a restaurant on Sunday and ordered coffee and juice. Unfortunately, the blonde waitress at the counter completely ignored me for about 15 to 20 minutes while I waited to place my order. When I finally mentioned that I hadn’t been served, she ignored me again. Frustrated, I decided to leave but realized I had to go back to retrieve my glasses. Upon my return, the waitress asked if I was ignoring her, despite having overlooked me the entire time I was there. To make matters worse, she mocked me in front of other customers and laughed as I was leaving. This treatment of customers is unacceptable, and I found the whole experience to be awful.

The food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

When I finally spoke up, expressing my frustration at being overlooked, I was met with indifference. I considered leaving but had to return briefly to grab my glasses. Upon my return, the waitress actually acknowledged that she had ignored me the entire time I was there. To make matters worse, she started laughing with other customers at my expense as I was leaving. This experience was incredibly disappointing; customers deserve to be treated with respect, not disdain."

The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
