Bojangles - Burgaw

We went in today to order food for a pre-funeral meal and Travon was so so helpful! He was so polite and made sure we had everything we needed. Good employees are hard to find right now?and Bojangles in Burgaw has a gem in him!

Typical Bo food, can't go wrong, friendly staff and service. Fast food atmosphere.

The customer service specifically their attitude is horrible! Real snappy when talking to you. No please, thank you or you are welcome. But at least the food was good and hot. Being on your cell phone while working the drive-through and a register is notfavorable.

Might honestly be the worst experience I?ve EVER HAD at a public dining establishment . To start off, the lady who was working the drive through on 10/24 around 8am might be the most disrespectful hateful person I?ve ever met in any scenario anywhere ?.Food was wrong , fries were literally ice cold and old as s ?. Corporate hope your reading this because this store needs somework ?. I also GM a breakfast concept myself and the ?staffing is tough right now? only goes so far ?.

Went through the drive thru at this location and asked for a 2-piece dark snack. Received incorrect order and corrected them. They took the tenders back (which I had handled) and returned them to the container with the other chicken. Extremelyunsanitary, especially now (during COVID)!
