Hardee's - Bluefield

The restaurant had excellent customer service and a clean environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. The service is quick and the staff are friendly.

I was the only person who walked to the restaurant because I was very hungry and Captain D's was crowded. I ended up waiting by the window for over 30 minutes. I decided to eat in my car on the way home, but the food was already cold by the time I got there. The only thing that tasted good was the chicken club sandwich, but even that was cold. It seems like they prioritized drive-thru orders over dine-in customers.
