Bidrage med feedbackThe shift manager insisted that he could not sell brownies from the freezer because they needed them for the next day …that’s stupid.. stores are in business to sell their inventory.. not to save it … especially perishables…my experience in this store was terrible
Very bad service, today I placed an order through Uber eats and I paid extra to receive it earlier, they delayed the order for an hour and in the end they canceled it, this is the second time this has happened, very bad service, my Uber eats email is different from this is where I write the review
I've been here multiple times and unfortunately have found the staff to be really unkind and condescending every time. I chalked it up to being understaffed and overworked the first few times, but when I was met with snide remarks and rolling eyes when I asked for an update on an order I had placed over a half an hour prior (while other people who ordered after me and got the same type of drink as me got theirs well before I did) I realized they're just unpleasant.The food and drinks are just as good as any other Starbucks, so I'll opt to go to the one up the street from this one from now on.
Average Starbucks, I've had issues with my orders but they always happily fix it.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to I asked for a vanilla bean frap for my 5 year old daughter and there was coffee in it and caramel taste. I asked for a hot chocolate and it taste like water no whip or mocha drizzle. The drive through wait is always long and there’s no other cars there. I spend to much money at Starbucks for them not to be able to make basic drinks
