Jack In The Box - Belleville

I ordered a buttery Jack sandwich, which I didn't eat right away because I was driving. I go to eat my sandwich and there is no baccon or meat on my sandwich, the only thing I requested extra were sauteed onions. I drove back to have my order fixed and to complain, the manager returns with my order, I ask and I quote, can I have a free desert or something with my order because I don't see how you didn't put the burger meat and bacon on my sandwich and I had to drive all the way back here to have it fixed. He says to me he is not authorized to do that, I ask is there no manager on staff tonight? He says he is the manager and goes on that he will not be giving me anything, at all and that I was rude, I said I was not rude that I simply asked, I continued as he argues over me asking him for his name which he would not provide, he then goes on and says I'm holding up the line, I said that's ok, I'll just call corporate, he tells me I'm calling them too, I'm calling the police you're holding up the line. I said that's ok, you don't have to worry about me coming back and yes I'm calling corporate and I proceeded to leave.

I would give 1/2 star if it would let me. After having to REPEAT the order 3 times they still screwed it up. Got no receipt. The window cashier wouldn't reach out the window made me stretch to pay. Had no soy sauce or coffee. I've ate at several jack in the box across the US but this place was by far the worst fast food restaurant i've ever been to.

So bad. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. There were only 2 cars ahead of us and they didn't even get their food when we pulled up to the window. When we got to the window they didn't know our order or when we would get it. They had loud music playing too. We drove off without our food and went to McDonald's.

They don't keep the place clean. No one seems to care about the store or the customers.

I ordered 3 tiny tacos (15 tacos in each pack). only two commands of tiny tacos and had to return for the others. When I came home, I opened the creamy avocado lime sauce and realized that they were all bad (as shown in the picture) and 1 of the commands of tiny tacos had only 12 in it. I am so disappointed by my visit, as I have here in the regular pretty good service. at least the personal was friendly.
