I've eaten two times in two weeks. Both times the food was excellent. First was taken out and the food was fresh and piping hot. The second time I dived, and the food was excellent again. They seemed a little short staff, but the waitress was wonderful. I ate all the Chinese in the area and this place is excellent. Food: 5 Service: 4 atmosphere: 4
Poor service 40 minutes before our app showed up. The couple sitting at the next table after we were seated had their app finished and meal started before our app showed up. Meals were ok. When I spoke about the slow service the person in charge of the floor said it was not the servers fault it was the kitchen staff problem so I asked to speak someone about them and was told the kitchen staff were the owners and wouldn't come out. First and last time for Fortune Restaurant.
