てまり Hé Fēng Wèi Chǔ

I have passed by this restaurant many times over the years, but finally had the opportunity to visit for the first time. I believe it is a longstanding establishment that has been in business for over 30 years. When I looked at the menu, I found a authentic "sushi lunch" option, with choices of "nigiri sushi, negitoro bowl, and chirashi bowl." I chose the nigiri sushi. Of course, it takes a little time to prepare after ordering, but not so much that it is a concern. The sushi was authentic Edomae style, with fresh ingredients, and quite affordable considering the price. The soba noodles were typical countryside style, with a nice balance of firmness and flavor. In addition to sushi, they offer a wide selection of set meals, noodle dishes, and bowls, and it seems they can accommodate parties in the evenings as well. I had mistakenly assumed it was a mediocre diner, but I was very wrong. I would highly recommend this restaurant, as it offers delicious food at a great value, making it a place worth returning to.

Tempura udon. There are lots of tempura compared to udon. The impression is that it is carefully made.

There were various lunch sets available, such as sushi, soba, chirashi sushi, and negitoro don. The soba broth was delicious! The tempura was crispy and tasty as well. The parking lot is also spacious.

ランチで利用ちらし寿司蕎麦セットを注文、蕎麦は？って感じでしたがちらし寿司と言うより海鮮丼でした。 ネタも14点くらい上がっていてとても美味しかったです。もちろん寿司の方も美味しかったみたいです。ランチで980円はかなりお得です。

刺身定食食べたかったけど手持ちが無く寿司そばセットにしました。 しかしこれがまた。寿司は贅沢に色んなネタがあるし、蕎麦も漬物もついている! この値段で本当にこれだけ贅沢なのが頂けるのかと思ったくらいです。実はぼーっとして別の高級なセットを頼んでしまったかな、手持ちギリギリのを頼んだので身内に電話するかなと悩んでいましたが会計で表記通りの値段で驚きました。 また行きたいと思います。
