ひらり - うきは市

I recently visited Udon no Tenmizu in Yamakita, Ubane-cho, Ukiha City. The menu offers a variety of rice bowl sets, including unique dishes like the Meat and Shrimp Rice Bowl. This time, I tried the Special Tenmizu Udon. This udon dish, made with meat, shrimp, burdock, and seaweed, has a gentle and tasty flavor with the umami of various ingredients melting into the soup. The soft noodles also had a comforting taste and were very delicious.

The soup was delicious. Unlike Sanuki udon noodles, it wasn't too firm but still tasty. We arrived about 10 minutes after the restaurant opened on a Saturday and had to wait for about 3 other groups. Once the restaurant opened, customers trickled in, and there were still seats available when we left. The wait time for our food was short, and we were able to eat right away.

The restaurant was cheap and delicious. I ordered the chicken tempura rice bowl set, and my wife ordered the beef udon. The food was not only tasty but also friendly to both our wallets and families with children. It seemed to be a popular restaurant as it was crowded even on weekdays. However, the udon was served quickly, so it seems like the turnover of the restaurant is fast.

11時の開店と同時に訪店しました。カツ丼セットを頂きました。セットのうどんはミニではなく通常のサイズなので、ボリュームがあります。うどんの麺はやや細目の柔らかい麺です。カツ丼のカツは厚切りで食べごたえがあります。味付けは濃いめで、薄味のうどんのスープと相性がいいです。 20分程で食べ終わり会計をする時には、もう席待ちのお客さんが待たれてたので、お昼時には混みあうと思います。ただ、食事の提供が早いので、回転も早いようです。

安くて美味しいうどん屋さん！ スープも出汁が聞いてとても美味しかった！
