Stone Creek Dining Zionsville

We met old friends at Stone Creek. Our server was excellent— friendly and very agreeable that we would be there visiting via a leisurely meal. The food was good although my husband ordered the halibut which was quite a small piece for the price.

Food is decent, but has gone slightly down over the years. Service and atmosphere are still great.

Good family restaurant on the outskirts of Zionsville. Kid friendly, quick and friendly service. Confort food. Try the chicken parm if you get a chance.

We enjoyed our experience just a few little things that prevented it from being awesome. The biggest one was a lack of bottled water. I am surprised they do not have any bottled water options. Yes they offer filtered water but it was not a pleasant tasting water. Another issue was with the chairs. They had no arms, which for the elderly or others with balance and strength trouble is a big issue. Very challenging getting in and out of them. Also they were heavy and difficult to maneuver on their flooring. The food was very tasty, served hot and tasted fresh. The atmosphere was perfect for a nice conversation during the meal.

Start to finish our experience was fabulous. All staff were friendly and helpful, but our waiter Landis was particularly wonderful. He listened carefully to our questions about the menu and gave great recommendations. The result was beautiful salmon special with pesto risotto replacing the standard dirty rice, a perfectly executed filet mignon, a fabulous whipped feta starter with just the right amount of lemon to make it pop, and really delicious Luxardo Old Fashioneds. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We will definitely be back for another date night!
