This is what I sent to corporate, I visited the Subway in Roundhill and had one of my worst experiences ever. I am always happy with food and service at your restaurants but yesterday was very unacceptable. I walked into the restaurant and a man behind the counter was counting money. I decided to wait because that can be very important. He wore a Subway uniform but no name tag, a backwards hat and ear buds. I was guessing that he worked there. He seemed annoyed that I was there and it changed the mind of the other person standing behind me because he left after I turned around and looked at him. The slamming of the metal cart into the wall didn 't help the situation. I can understand that they must be short handed due to the fact of the help wanted sign out front. Customer service and the sandwich was terrible where I didn 't eat it. Kind of a waist of money. For me customer service is important, especially with my job,. There was no interaction with me accept for asking me what I wanted and when I paid. As I walked out of the store he mumbled something to the affect of have a good day, or something. I just said, I hope you have a better day. I am just not one of those types to complain. I was just irritated. I hope there can be a change with his attitude, there are a lot of people out there that want a job. In closing, customer service is key except with your large company. By the way, get the front door fixed from slamming hard. Someone is going to loose a finger or some body part. I haven 't checked the Yelp review on this location yet. #Irritated
I came in today if there ever was a rude weird encounter with a sandwich maker we stood for over minutes before he said anything and did not want to talk slammed the bread counter it was so weird I had to ask him if he was ok , absolutely disconnected from this world while working , my son 8 years old said I think we are invisible
We are from San Jose as well so I've been to my fair share of subways. It's hit or miss but this place tanks. I ordered a foot long of sweet onion chicken teriyaki and the lady making my sandwich put 1 scoop of chicken for a 12 inch sandwich! 1 scoop is maybe a 1/2 cup of meat. I told her I'd like more meat on it and she tells me you want double meat? I said fine I don't care I'd just like meat! Will not be coming back here. A foot long cost 8.99 for the sweet onion. Was charged an extra 1.50 for a normal sandwich!
We had been to Lake Tahoe from San jose. Found this while returning back. Amazing place : very fresh bread, and amazing owner and people who work there.
