Booking by email was easy It was great to us the staff was very nice and before coming The view is the hammer And the advice on the wines was very nice, only manko arriving with wheelchair is in the small elevator depending on the wide and long only hard to get, Foref we had to cut off to get breakfast, but all were very helpful And the room barrier frees the bed for small physically limited unfortunately too high Also a garbage bucket in the room has missed But all in all very nice spacious rooms We had a balcony to sit A rewarding weekend Thanks and love Greetings

Rating only Restaurant: If you are traveling in Zell at lunchtime and want to return well-maintained, you might seem to be suitable for the green wreath. It's far missing! My husband and I have taken a seat outside and were overlooked by the service ostentativ for 30 minutes. Since a star has to be forgiven, it is intended for the management to remind of an obviously urgently necessary training for the personnel.

Rooms clean and very spacious. Great view of the Mosel. Food was good and sufficient. Breakfast offered a rich selection. The service was very friendly. Upon arrival the reception was somewhat cool, everything was explained very quickly and inaccurately. Nevertheless, a hotel is very well located and suitable for a short holiday.
