Papa Johns Pizza - Zebulon

This is the rudest delivery experience I have ever had. Delivery driver came up with music BLARING at midnight waking up neighbors and our house members. Did not even bother calling or ringing doorbell. Instead, just left pizza box on doorsteps. I went outside wondering where this very RUDE AND LOUD music was coming from at MIDNIGHT, I discovered it was the delivery driver who shouted to me as he was getting back into his car, It 's on your doorstep. ... I told him people are trying to sleep in this neighborhood and he needs to turn his music down. He turned it even louder.I will NEVER give another dime to this business until I have been told this RUDE individual is no longer working with Papa John 's.

Called to pay for my order via the phone since I accidentally ordered to pay with cash. Was greeted by a very rude delivery man. Who said I had not payed for it. Said he was at the store and it wasn’t true. Yet already charged on my card. Told him he could call and I would wait for him to confirm it. Which I had payed.

In order tonight and the pizzas were perfect other than one was a little undercooked so I tried to cook it myself in my own oven and Ashley burnt my wife's pizza I called spoke with the manager and miss Patty was very professional not only did she replace my pizza for free it was delivered in under 30 minutes and she called to check and make sure that it was perfect thanks miss Patty and thanks papa John's team

Don't waste your time or money here! Gone downhill for sure. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it hardly had any pepperoni on it at all, nor sauce. Very cheesy and doughy. Try Memo's so much better! Very authentic Italian pizza! ?

I have not been in over 10 years and I have 0 reason to come back to any papa johns...esp one like this where management is rude and dismissive. Never again at Gannon ave.Parking: It's a shopping centerWheelchair accessibility: Ada is in place.
