Longhorn Steakhouse - Yukon

I generally have to order my steak well done in order to get it cooked to medium well at Longhorns. I would think a cook/chef should know what a medium well steak temperature is and what it looks like. I can press on the outside of a steak and know if it’s cooked properly or not, and I am not a cook. Other than that, I like the place and their variety of food. Most of the time the waitstaff is good. Great place. Found it by accident but was pleased that we found it. Our waitress was attentive and the steak was like butter. Bread was warm and the butter was soft.
