Carvel - Yonkers

I personally enjoy visiting this ice cream shop, but I was let down during my last visit. My order was mixed up because they didn't read it properly. The person responsible for this mistake truly disappointed me. Despite this, I still think it's a great place, but they should pay closer attention to orders.

Carvelanche was disappointingly only half full and did not have the correct order. If I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream, I would have specifically asked for it. Very let down by this experience.

Im not sure who made these sundaes but there were horrible! No balance of icecream and toppings.

The restaurant did not have some items available, but instead of contacting us as requested in the special instructions, they decided to substitute similar items and cancelled one item.
