Zesta Cucina - Yakima

This is the most beautiful, funny, sweetest and most delicious little place in Yakima! Hands down one of my favorites at all! The building in which it is located is unique and the restaurant itself has the most beautiful furnishings and atmosphere with rolling trees around you. A great girl night out or date night, seemed family friendly as well. The service was AMAZING, friendly and above, but also able to read the table and you do not push too often or come by. The food was DELICIOUS. We had several appetizers and main courses we shared. Pasta was on point, meat cooked directly, wine was exceptional. We live out of town and travel for this place again! Had dinner here on a short holiday. On the same day made a reservation, which was probably a good idea as it was pretty busy here. I'm not sure it was an abnormally busy day for her, but the waitress we were always in a hurry. Not to say that the service was in any way bad, but you could say that she wanted to check on our table and go on as soon as possible. Maybe they were just short staff (as it seems most places are lately). The food was pretty good, we had a pasta (can not remember which) and fish (half, but I think) and I would say the pasta was the better dish of the two. The place was pretty cheap and ended about $100 for the two of us.

We couldn't be happier having Erica as our server Saturday August 27th!!! Her attentiveness to detail and accommodating our requests was appreciated beyond words! The food was delicious and everyone commented that they would definitely come back again!! Thanks Erica!!

This place has changed since I last came in. I have only been in 3 times and never really happy with the food. This time was different. We had 2 pasta dishes. Chicken fettuccine was up in the top. The white sauce was great and the balance of the dish was right on. The side of bread was not as exciting. It was oily and not much flavor. The chicken parmesan was ok. I really expect more. Chicken was unevenly cooked (from crunchy/dry to normal chicken breast), the red sauce was very skimpy and some pasta had none (and I don't like my pasta floating in sauce). The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was just a few minutes even being 6pm on a Friday night.

Good food. great staff. they will not be disappointed
